Nikolas learned how to roll from watching Brooklynn. He had a little bit harder time learning- but finally got it down. He wanted me to get it on video so he could watch it. Ta Da...here he is!

Brooklynn doing a roll...
Although Brooklynn didn't like the Gymnastics class at the YMCA, she did learn how to roll while there (that is worth the $15). She has gotten really good at it, and has gotten Nikolas to start rolling too.

More than we had planned...
Yesterday the kids and I went to Toys R Us to spend a gift card they got for their birthdays(thanks Steve!!). We were leaving and I saw an itty bitty puppy huddled by the carts (in the middle of the parking lot), and it had just started raining. I actually got in my car, before getting out and grabbing him. He didn't have a collar. I am not sure how old he is (I am guessing 3 months or less). I don't know what breed he is...but if anyone has a good guess let me know. He is really small, little paws too- so he doesn't look like he will get very big. He is as sweet as can be, and so far hasn't been a problem. He actually barked at the door tonight to go out (and knock on wood...there have been no accidents in the house yet). I have posted an ad on Craigslist to try to see if anyone lost him- since he seems trained, had no fleas, and has his tail docked. But, I am starting to think he was dumped...poor little guy. My intention is to find him another home, if I don't fall in love with him more between now and then. Ramses and him are already best friends, it is so cute- Rammy has always loved having other playmates- especially little ones, he is so gentle with him. They follow each other around the house, it is too funny because one is huge and one is tiny. The kids are also loving having a puppy around. They are learning to be gentle- Walker is the one that is the hardest to teach, but he is getting it. Right now he is sleeping in a big bin with a blanket in it and sleeps all night long. I did end up giving him a name (I was tired of saying puppy). His new name is Milo. I know I need a puppy like I need another baby...but I wouldn't be who I am if I hadn't of saved him from that parking lot :) I will keep y'all updated on what we do...I know Eric isn't wanting another addition to our already pretty big family-but he hasn't met him yet (haha). I am sure I can find him a good home.

Milo & the kids...
Milo is surprisingly good with the kids..he just climbs up and sits next to them. We are still working on them being "gentle" with him since he is so itty-bitty, they are doing pretty good.
The Chef...
Eric once again made a YUMMY meal. He made a very good Hawaiian macoroni salad, 2 kinds of chicken and grilled some pineapple and watermelon ...it was SOOO good!

Brooklynn got a beautiful Princess necklace from Nonna and Grandpa...she loves it.
After...
Brooklynn LOVED her cake so much that when Unkie cut it, she threw the biggest fit. She didn't want it cut. She didn't even want to eat it. He quickly turned it around so she couldn't see the cut piece (good thinking Unkie- you are going to a great dad!). But...she still had a hard time everytime someone tried to get a piece.
