Mima gave Nikolas this shirt for his birthday, and he loves it. We were going to a Bow BBQ that night so Nikolas went to get dressed and he put it on with his jeans and cowboy  boots and came out and said " today I am dressing like Howard".  Walker tried to get in the picture with him and put his arm around Nikolas, and he said " no, Howard doesn't do that". It was funny. 

The first day of school....

Eric had the kids for their first day of school. Howard and I were out of town for his work, so we left at 3 that morning so I could get there to see them on their first day of school. I can't believe Walker is in kindergarten and Nikolas and Brooklynn in 1st grade, SO BIG!!!

Celebrating Nik & Brook's b-day in Lockhart

We drove from Sea World to Lockhart to celebrate Nikolas and Brooklynn's birthdays. Mima made them cowboy & cowgirl cakes, they were awesome. We had dinner and opened presents, they had a great time. Everyone fell asleep on the way home (except for Howard), what an exhausting weekend!!

Sea World!

Howard and I took the kids to Sea World for Nikolas and Brooklynn's birthday's. We stayed 2 nights in a hotel in San Antonio. It was a lot of fun. I think Howard and I enjoyed Shamu more than the kids did, we were so amazed by the things this huge whale could do, we talked about it for hours and still watch the video's. We have one year passes, so we may go back when it is cooler.  It was nice to be able to go back to the hotel and swim and take naps and then go back to Sea World in the evening, it worked out well !!

Nikolas opened his birthday presents at the house before we headed out to Sea World!

We got them a Wii dancing game, here they are all three playing it. It is so cute because they do some moves all together. Brooklynn really got into it, she needs to be in dance! I finally played it with them- it is quite the workout!
