Helping Daddo

Walker was helping Eric clean his truck yesterday. He had alot of fun wearing his hat, and pushing every button he could find. I just couldn't resist, I thought he looked so cute!

Branson & Walker holding Hands

Branson & Walker used to always hold hands, it was very cute. Of course now they don't. I had to post a few from the past, since both of our babies will be TWO very soon!!

See, I do exist!! Gigi had the camera, so she was able to get me on film. Of course I am not really looking at the camera- but at least you know I am real :)

They Grow SO fast

We went to visit our friends Gigi and Branson this past week. We had a lot of fun. It isn't always easy to get a picture because not all of them look at the same time.We have managed to get a few pictures of all four of them together- since Walker & Branson were bitty babies. It is pretty neat to look back at these and see how much all four of them have grown.

Prince & Princess Play-date

We went to a "Prince & Princess" play-date yesterday. The girls were of course supposed to dress up as a Princess- which was easy for Brooklynn. Figuring out what the boys were going to wear was definitely tricky. We ended up having Nik wear his Halloween Costume- instead of a dino, he was a dragon. There were many brave knights there too. I knew Walker wouldn't wear a costume at all- so, I just put " I am the Prince of Trouble" on the back of shirt. It seemed to fit him :) They all had a lot of fun!!

Playing at the Park

This is our favorite park now. The kids love it, and got quite muddy this visit. I finally bought our own "sand" toys, however they have a little water fountain thing right in the sand pile- so our "sand" toys were very dirty- and I had just had the car washed. It was pretty crowded since it was Spring Break- I am looking forward to going again when there aren't as many kids. Alicia took these pics, they are cute- of course no one is looking, but that is okay, they are still cute (thanks Alicia!).

It isn't often that they are all in the same place at the same time. It is definitely not a good picture- but you can see how close they are in size now!

Showing off her nails & toes

I painted Brooklynn's nails and toes for the first time. She LOVED it, and did so good sitting still while I painted them and while they dried. She kept showing everyone. When she washed her hands, she would say "oh, how pretty". It was so cute! She is such a girly girl!

I am not sure why her feet are sideways, on the pictures it is right, but when put on the blog it turns. Oh well- you can see her pretty nails.

His first haircut

Okay...I am still on the verge of tears each time I see him, he looks so much older. We had to cut Walker's hair! It was really for the best, it was very painful for him when we would brush it after his bath- no matter how much conditioner or detangler we used. When it was wet it was past his shoulders. I loved the curls, but the good part is that they will be back- they are still there, and he is stuck with them the rest of his life. The lady that cut his hair said they will just come back thicker after being cut. I honestly didn't think they would cut off as much as they did- so that was hard too. Eric likes it though. I was such a dork, I was picking up little curls all over the floor to keep. They gave me an envelope and a certificate for his first haircut. He did cry the whole time, but it was because she had to brush it before she cut it. Now it doesn't hurt him...so that makes it worth it :)


The picture from the front isn't the best- but it is the only one I have! But, there are still curls in the back!! This is when he first woke up...so his curls are a little smashed!

Amy's got a belly!

Amy is now 14 weeks along. She is showing and it is so cute!! I have been giving her some of the baby stuff I have (which is not much anymore). I can't wait to find out what she is having- I am thinking a boy!!

Reading with Avery

Amy & Avery came over for a few days. The kids liked having an older friend to play with. It did get quite chaotic at times. Avery is growing

up so fast. I remember when she wasn't even a year old, she is going to be 6 soon...time sure flies!!

Playing in the tents...

I set up the tents for the kids. Princess loved the Castle (thanks Alicia!). I set up 2 thinking that maybe they wouldn't fight over them since there would be more than one. Well, I should have known better- they had to be in the same one at all times.

Our Favorite Place!

The kids LOVE Chuck E Cheese. We go in the morning right when it opens and there is no one there, it is great!! They said during the week we could bring our own decorations, cake, etc if we did a birthday party there. I wanted to do Brooklynn and Nik's there, they would have so much fun...but it is right in the midle of summer, so it would be way too crowded and we would have to pay for it :(

The kids really liked calling Chuck E. Cheese. Not sure what he said, but it must have been interesting.

I love this game!

This used to be my favorite game when I was younger (okay, and still do love it). The kids had a great time playing this, it was right at their level !

Walker was having a great time on this weird contraption (not sure what it was). It was some kind of ride, and he loved it!

Brookie & Chuck E.

Brooklynn enjoyed talking and hugging Chuck E. Cheese! She wasn't shy at all :)

I was so surprised, both Nikolas and Brooklynn had no problem giving Chuck E. a big hug. I was thinking they would be scared of him, but nope- they loved him. I was changing Walker when this was going on, so I am not sure how he would have done.

Something to show his future girlfriends...

Nikolas asked me to take a picture of him, I know I should have deleted it, but it was so funny. He really likes dressing up with Brooklynn. I got him an army outfit, fireman suit (complete with boots), a policeman and construction hat, cowboy costumes and more- but his favorite out of all of it is his sisters red ruby shoes.
